SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Program Description
You may receive recurring text messages regarding campaign updates, volunteer
opportunities, event invitations, fundraising requests, voting reminders, and important
campaign announcements. Message frequency varies.
2. Opt-In
You may opt in by submitting your phone number on our website, signing up at an event,
checking the SMS consent box on a form, or texting a keyword to our campaign number. By
opting in, you confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and
consent to receive recurring automated political messages. Consent is not required as a
condition of donating or volunteering.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Chris Harden for
Congress is not responsible for these charges.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. After
texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless
you re-enroll.
5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
