Hard Truths

Stack of Cash

The Hard Truth on the Economy:
It's not Affordable to Live Here

Working families are falling behind—even when they do everything right.

Washington politicians love to brag about stock market numbers, but that doesn’t help you pay for groceries in Cartersville or rent in Kennesaw. The hard truth is that the middle class is being squeezed from every side. While the extremes of both parties fight culture wars, I’m focused on the war on your wallet.

Despite low unemployment, wages haven’t kept pace with the cost of living in Cobb, Cherokee, and Bartow counties. Families are working multiple jobs and still struggling to afford housing, childcare, and groceries.

Hard times call for Harden—because no one working full-time should live on the edge.

The Hard Truth on Healthcare:
Healthcare access is still out of reach for too many Georgian families

Healthcare should not be a luxury item — it’s a necessity. Chris has seen firsthand how a single injury or illness can devastate a family financially or force someone to choose between their health and their job.

Chris believes every Georgian should have access to affordable, quality healthcare and that no one should suffer or go bankrupt because they got sick. Chris will work to:

  • Lower healthcare and prescription drug costs.

  • Expand access to coverage, especially in rural and underserved communities.

  • Protect working families from medical debt and financial ruin.

Hard times call for Harden: because in a country as prosperous as America, no one should have to choose between their health and their future.

Shake on It

Hard Truth on Women's Healthcare:
Women's health care should never vary by state

Women’s healthcare should never depend on a map. Crossing a state line should not mean crossing into uncertainty. Every woman deserves the same standard of care—consistent, reliable, and protected—no matter where she lives, works, or travels. Healthcare is a right, not a patchwork of policies. We stand for one nation where women’s health is safeguarded everywhere, equally, and without compromise. Because when women’s health is secure, families are stronger, communities thrive, and our country moves forward together.

Hard times call for Harden: like men, women’s rights should not change by state.

Hard Truth on Education:
Public schools are underfunded and overburdened

District 11 includes some of Georgia’s fastest-growing school systems, yet teachers are facing burnout, class sizes are swelling, and state-level policies are politicizing classrooms. Parents want strong public education—not culture wars.

Chris and his family are proud supporters of Georgia’s public schools and believe every child deserves access to a quality education — no matter their ZIP code. Chris will fight to support and retain great teachers, empower parents to be active partners in their children’s education, ensure students have the resources they need to learn, grow, and succeed, and make sure everyone is safe and return home when they go to schools.

A good education opens doors — to college, to careers, and to brighter futures for all Georgia families.

Hard times call for Harden—because our kids deserve books, not battles.

The Hard Truth on Politics
Extremism is easy. Solutions are Hard.

It’s easy to go on cable news and scream at the other side. It’s hard to sit down and negotiate a budget that actually works. The hard truth is that both parties have let you - the constituent - down by prioritizing rage over results. Chris is running to break the gridlock. I don’t care if a good idea comes from a Republican or a Democrat.

The chaos is running rampant in politics. Chris is deeply committed to protecting the Constitution and ensuring that every individual’s Due Process Rights are upheld. Our justice system only works when it works for everyone. If one person’s due process is denied, then everyone’s rights are at risk. Without due process, we no longer live under the rule of law — we face a constitutional crisis. Protecting these fundamental rights isn’t a partisan issue; it’s an American one.

Hard times call for Harden - because we must stop stress testing this democracy with chaos politics.
